Additionally, we are well-versed in traditional forms of advertising, everything from direct mail to local publication to radio. From designing, printing and delivering business cards and other printed materials, to managing the production of branded apparel, to negotiating placement rates with advertisers, to negotiating co-op-ed marketing dollars with our client’s suppliers and other partners–our team has done it all. Harbin Designs is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Analyst.

 

Could this be you?

The Digital Marketing Analyst will provide reporting and analytical support to all the marketing directors and their respective clients. This role will require a highly analytical thinker, capable of collecting, analyzing and presenting data from multiple sources to empower marketing directors to make strategic and beneficial decisions for their clients. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple teams, analyze digital marketing performance, and develop recommendations on how to improve digital activities, especially relating to search engine optimization and google pay-per-click advertising. This role will have a heavy focus on generating strong return on investment for our client’s digital marketing. The secondary focus will be on improving technical internal operations and processes.

Specific Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization:

  1. Work in coordination with marketing directors to create an SEO strategy, define on-page optimization goals, and lead our designers, content writer, media team and developers to achieve those goals.
  2. Review current SEO strategies and make improvements based on industry best practices as it relates to on-page optimization and off-page optimization.
  3. Continue self-education to stay up to date with search engine algorithms and change our strategies to continue to achieve and maintain SEO ranks.
  4. Use our dashboard and keep it up to date with all relevant SEO data and metrics and ensure that marketing directors are ready to give reports to their clients with relevant and impactful information.
  5. Be prepared to do key-word research to support the sales team in order to demonstrate the potential search volume and opportunity in the market.
  6. Manage, schedule, and evaluate the quality of all our link building and ongoing SEO activities performed by our SEO teams.
  7. Work directly with the marketing directors to leverage any SEO link building opportunity that our clients might have.

 

Digital Advertising (Google and Facebooks Ads) 

  1. Work in coordination with marketing directors to create online advertising strategy, offer recommendations, and create goals to bring our clients the best ROI possible. Lead our designers, content writer, media team, and developers to achieve those goals.
  2. Review current digital strategies and make improvements based on industry best practices.
  3. Continue self-education to stay up to date with the latest updates in digital advertising. Be able to facilitate change in our strategies to continually achieve the very best ROI possible for our clients.
  4. Use our dashboard and keep it up to date with all relevant digital ads data and metrics, ensuring that marketing directors are ready to give reports to their clients with relevant and impactful information.
  5. Be prepared to do key-word research to support the sales team in order to demonstrate the potential search volume and opportunity in the market.
  6. Manage, schedule, and evaluate the effectiveness of our ads and manage all of the results achieved by our digital ads team.

 

Other Responsibilities

  1. Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
  2. Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
  3. Direct and organize IT-related projects.
  4. Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage.
  5. Make content edits to websites via WordPress CMS. Implement very basic HTML & CSS changes.
  6. Learn and manage our local listing tool.
  7. Learn and manage our review generation, management, and sharing tool.
  8. Learn and manage our dedicated server in coordination with our lead developer.

  • Pay Type: Salary (negotiated individually based on qualifications and experience).*

 

Job Qualifications: 

  • Relevant Experience in Digital Marketing, SEO and PPC.
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma
